are
commonly known as Glycol Ethers or simply as Ethyl/ Methyl/
Butyl Glycols or cellosolves (Vinsolves) or Ethyl/ Methyl/
Butyl Carbitols (Vintols). They offer a new range of solvents,
which are fully soluble in water and find a wide range of
application in the manufacture of finished leathers. Out
of the full Thurs Products range of the dozen solvents,
the above five products have been selected for specific
use for leather. Solvent TG, on which a separate leaflet
is issued, is a mixture of polyethelene glycol mono ethyl
ethers and behaves in the same way as Vinsolve EB or Vintol
CAR.

Leather
fatliquoring agent based on natural fats- . Cationic Vinaderm
GSH is recommended as a top fatliqour upto 2% on shaved
weight in prefatliqouring or 2% on dry weight in the final
fatliqouring for all types of leathers to get a surface
fatliqouring effect on leathers. The leathers get soft &
silky touch and feel due to the final topping. In suede
leather it gives a silky lustre and writing effect to the
nap. It can not be used along with mineral tanning agents
in the tanning bath.

The types of leather auxiliaries are Sodium tri Polyphosphate which used for leather pre tanning agent and as dispersant of suspension like dye, paint and mud which leave their stains on these leather items. The other type is the chemicals which are formulated using high quality raw material. These are also known for accuracy, purity and effectiveness.
Synthetic tanning agent another type for leather auxiliary which are considered to be versatile and manufacture good quality of leather which are also special types of leather. Neutral syntans are very much used as tan assists. Acidic syntans are used for bleaching agents especially for chrome leather and is never used for retaining. Dyeing auxiliary is used for removing the stains as well as for the dyeing techniques. These are made using finest quality of raw material and offers with a line of objectives.
